I found the hotel to be incredibly quiet, with smart rooms that were a bit smaller than I remembered but had all the amenities needed, giving a more refined touch after the refurbishment. The staff were super friendly and attentive, although the dining options were somewhat limited. The hotel has a Hamptons chic fresh feeling in the rooms, with great showers and comfy beds, but there was a small issue with the door lock that affected my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Covent Garden and enjoying evening shows, and the service was outstanding with breakfast delivered to my room early. The dining experience was excellent, though a little pricey. Overall, a beautiful hotel with amazing staff for a relaxing getaway.

My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were supreme with all the comforts you could possibly need, from a sizeable TV to a Dyson hair-dryer and minibar. Everything was very quiet and incredibly comfortable. The food and facilities were top-notch too. The quiet ambiance was wonderful, and the hotel was just lovely, beautifully decorated with really nice features, fantastic lighting, super comfy bed, and all the essential toiletries and robes/slippers. A truly lovely experience.
